The Andromeda client can connect to turbines either via a standard modem or via IP depending on the hardware in the turbine and your park. If the turbine is equipped with a modem, will you have to use a modem together with Andromeda to get in contact with the turbine and if the turbine has been converted to IP or is native IP based can you use Andromeda to connect directly to the turbine.

Andromeda can be purchased with one or more protocols for different turbine manufactures and types. Protocols can be added as wished via the Internet.
Andromeda comes with a predesigned set of windows that presents all data from the turbines. Screens are designed for each turbine model allowing for the individual sensor configurations for each manufacture and models.
Andromeda comes with a phonebook system that allows you to group turbines into individual phonebooks.
The phonebook supports an easy to use export and import functionality where individual or a selection of parks can be exported or imported directly.
The phonebook is also designed to ease the daily operation. Searching and finding parks in a large list is optimized using a highly advanced search system where the same search field is used on multiple records simultaneously.
Andromeda can use all types of communication lines, ranging from classic telephone lines to modern TCP/IP connections.
It uses a highly flexible phonebook that can be configured to access a wide range of wind turbines and manufactures.
The phonebook supports import and export of single or mutiple parks.
Andromeda offers access to all data available in the turbine.
This ranges from online data, historical data, commands as well as service functionality
Andromeda can run on a wide range of Windows operating systems starting from Windows XP to Windows 10. It has been tested and is fully compatible on following systems on previous mentioned platforms.
It supports both 32 and 64 bit platforms.
